Captain Crunch, long standing member of the United Steaks formal navy, is being court martialed for his recent viral desertion for the Desserts in the desert.

The video, posted to EweTube showed Captain Crunch meeting Count Chocula, notorious cereal killer, in the middle of the night. The two then climbed into the chicken house and exchanged ideas for ten minutes before being caught by the farmer, who proceeded to throw eggs at the traitors, splattering them with yellow yolk. Crunch has been given the nickname “Eggs Benedict Arnold.” The fugitives tried to run away to Almond Joy Island, but the navy intercepted their ship.

Two months ago, his wife Mrs. Butterworth noticed some suspicious behavior. Distraught over her husband’s sudden betrayal, she refused to comment due to the “emotional trauma of discovering your husband is a Dessert sympathizer.”

This betrayal has affected the atmosphere of the military base as well.

His superior Colonel Sanders said, “Morale is down among the men. Many of them fought with him at the Battle of Midwafer, so this has come as a surprise to all of us.”

The navy is worried how this unforeseen turn of events will affect the war. Captain Crunch allegedly leaked information to the Desserts and the military was creamed at the Cool Whip mountains in late February. Ever since their decisive defeat, the navy has been uneasy. There have been rumors saying that the enemy is building a supership called the USS Applepies.

Crunch allegedly leaked information to Dessert’s allies, Cookies and Milk, before being arrested. Several United Steaks citizens were particularly upset, and even cried over the information spilled to Milk due to their notorious reputation. Their alliance with Cookies have made them stronger, and the people are unsettled.

The Quaker Oats man will be overseeing the hearing on Tuesday, April 24. “This is one of the biggest stories of the century,” he said. “There hasn’t been a nationwide shock of this size since the Keebler Kleptomaniacs of 1943.”

Nevertheless, Crunch’s fate rests in the balance as the war continues to rage on overseas.
