Amy Burke, who was the JV coach for the girls gymnastics team last year, is now the head coach.

“A few words that I would use to describe my feelings about being the head coach are, exciting, motivating, honorable. I’m very honored to be the head coach for the gymnastics team this year, and I’m really excited to see what we can do with the team that is coming out. We’ve got a great number of girls that had come to the open gym and a lot of interest this year so I think that’ll up our competitiveness and motivation,” said Burke.

This year the team has Linda Dunne as the JV coach, “I had wanted to get back into high school gymnastics for some time, and the opportunity arose with Coach Burke. As you may not know, Coach Burke and I competed against each other while in high school gymnastics. I am excited to work alongside her and Coach Watts this season,” said Dunne.
