The timeless Christmas (and Halloween) classic “The Nightmare Before Christmas” premiered this year to widespread praise. Praise came as a result of both its music and its high quality (for the time) computer animation. The reviewer applauded it for its “bizarre plot” as well, which weaves together possibly the two most popular holidays into a “seasonal classic.” According to this author, Tim Burton did the improbable by creating a movie for all ages that can be enjoyed and appreciated during two entirely different holiday seasons.
